Automated workflows in detail

Through libraries of tasks and process settings you define which actions have to be performed, who is responsible for them and what follows once they are completed.

Processes can include specialized forms and additional tabs for checks, comments, findings and other specific actions. Where necessary, they can also be linked to templates for automated document generation.

This is especially useful for administrative procedures, control activities, periodic checks and other processes that are performed repeatedly.

Example: one step of a process is taking a sample for laboratory testing. The task can be personalized to contain the parameters needed for the sample to be taken — including through a connection to an external device — and sent for laboratory analysis.

Documents, files and signing

Connect documents with the work they relate to. Each file has its own address, which allows links to be created between tasks and specific documents, and through tags you can categorize the files further and find them more easily.

Documents in Word and Excel can be opened and edited individually or jointly by several users. This makes teamwork easier and removes the need to constantly send different versions of the same file back and forth.

Word documents can automatically be converted to PDF and signed electronically with a Qualified Electronic Signature, including in bulk.

Client requests and the link with the Requests module

Combine task management with the process of requesting and providing services. When a request is registered, the system can automatically create a task which — if a responsible person has been entered for the contract — is assigned automatically.
